Agreement
To start cooperation, we sign the Agency Agreement in electronic format, and you send copies of all registration documents to the e-mail address.
Work with applications
Each agent works independently with their client and accompanies them throughout their holiday. Once an application has been made, we will process it within 3 working days and provide you with a response
Responsibility
Colleagues, you have standard holiday customer support on your side. As a tour operator we are in contact with you only. The voucher contains the US telephone number of the Travel Club US representative in the US and in case of emergency, the traveller can contact us.
Cancellation and penalties
If the travel agent and/or the tourist cancels the travel services for personal reasons, due to the embassy's refusal to issue a visa or a change in the booking, the travel agent pays the tour operator a penalty, the amount of which is fixed in the contract.
If, as a result of cancellation of the booking by the travel agent, the penalties charged by the partners to the tour operator exceed the amount of penalties specified in the contract, the travel agent pays the tour operator the amount of penalties charged by the partners to the tour operator.
The application of penalties is not mandatory for the tour operator and is applied by the latter at its discretion. Cancellation of the "Early Booking" order is carried out under the conditions specified in the contract under this clause.
